Regarding Coupons
Thank you for always using Favorite Store.
Due to the website renewal, the point service that was available at Favorite Store ended on January 6, 2020 (Monday). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
For any remaining points held by registered members, we have issued replacement coupons that can be used at Favorite Store. We kindly ask you to check the email that contains the coupon code for this replacement issuance.
Coupon Issuance and Usage Conditions
■ We will issue coupons for the amount corresponding to the remaining points, calculated at 1 point = 1 yen, based on the points held as of January 6, 2020.
■ Due to fractional points, coupon codes will be issued with the amount rounded up. Please be aware of this in advance.
■ We sent an email containing the coupon code in February 2020. You can use it by entering the coupon code in the designated field on the new website's purchase screen.
■ Coupons can only be used once per customer and will be used up completely, with no remaining balance.
■ The coupons issued this time are applicable only to the product price. The coupon code does not apply to shipping fees, so a separate shipping fee of 550 yen will be incurred.
■ The coupons issued this time are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Example: Using a coupon code worth 6,000 yen for a product priced at 5,500 yen (tax included).
* The product price will be 0 yen.
* The change of 500 yen, which is the difference between the coupon code and the product price, will not be refunded.
* A separate shipping fee of 550 yen will be charged, so the total billed amount for this order will be 550 yen.
