Regarding the transfer of membership information

Thank you for always using Favorite Store.

Your membership information registered with Favorite Store will be transferred to the revamped store. Also, your account ID will now be your registered email address.
Regarding your password, we will send you an email requesting you to reset your password. Please reset your password using the "Reset Password" button in the email and activate your account.
*Login will be done using your email address and password.

The store's system is different from before, and it is no longer possible to register multiple memberships using the same email address or phone number. Therefore, membership information for customers who fall under the following categories cannot be transferred. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

■ If multiple registrations use the same email address
However, if membership information such as name, address, and phone number matches, they will be consolidated into one account and transferred.

■ If multiple registrations use the same phone number
However, if membership information such as name, address, and email address matches, they will be consolidated into one account and transferred.

■ If the email address domain name is an error

■ If phone number information is incomplete

If you wish to register as a new member, please do so from "Register for a new account" on the "My Page".
By registering as a member, you will not have to enter your customer information every time in the future, allowing for smoother ordering.
