The earliest delivery date will be the day after shipment (some remote islands and distant areas will be one day later).

You can specify the following dates.
It will take a few extra days if it includes holidays or is for delivery to remote areas.

Excluding some areas and remote islands, the earliest delivery date will be the day after shipment or two days after shipment.

■ For Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and distant areas, we may not be able to accommodate your specified delivery date.
■ Product delivery may be affected by traffic conditions and weather, so we may not be able to deliver on your requested date and time. We kindly ask for your understanding.
■ If your purchased items include Favorite Plus products, please note that they will be shipped together with the Favorite Plus products.
■ We do not accept orders for multiple shipping addresses.
■ We cannot ship internationally. (Delivery is only within Japan)

We accept payment by credit card or cash on delivery.

1. Credit Card
Four types of credit cards (JCB, VISA, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.

2. Cash on Delivery
Delivery will be handled by Yamato Collect Service. Please pay in cash upon product delivery. Cash on delivery fees are free.
*The maximum cash on delivery amount for a single payment is 300,000 JPY.
*Please note that cash on delivery service is not available in some areas (e.g., remote islands).

3. Google Pay
If you are browsing using Google Chrome, you can pay with your Google Pay account.

Shipping is free (covered by us) for orders of 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more per order and per shipping address. For purchases totaling less than 5,500 JPY (tax included), a shipping fee of 550 JPY (tax included) will be charged. Please note that no cash on delivery fee will be charged even if you select cash on delivery as your payment method.

【In case of damage, defect, etc.】
We take every precaution in handling our products, but in the unlikely event of "damage, defect, or missing parts," we will replace it with a new product or send you the missing parts. After contacting our support center, please return the product to us "cash on delivery." After confirming the defect, we will ship a new product. The validity period for damaged product exchange is within 7 business days after product arrival. We cannot accept exchanges for damaged products after this period.

About Polyresin Figures
Our polyresin figures are not flexible and may break if dropped or subjected to strong impact, so please handle them with care. Additionally, polyresin figures are produced by pouring material into molds, with detailed areas later processed by hand. Therefore, there may be slight processing marks or minor shape differences depending on the production lot and individual product.
As for coloring, each figure is hand-painted, so there may be slight differences in coloring areas and shades. We ask for your understanding regarding the above. However, obvious chips or molding defects are considered defective products. If you believe there is a defect, please contact us.

About PVC (ATBC-PVC) Figures
Due to the nature of the material, our PVC (ATBC-PVC) figures may undergo slight deformation due to temperature changes. Therefore, please refrain from using them in places where heat can accumulate and temperatures can become high, such as inside cars or in enclosed spaces exposed to direct sunlight.

Please note that there may be discrepancies in product ranking, sales quantity, images, etc., during our site updates. Also, due to system specifications, stock shortages may occur after an order is completed. In such cases, we regret to inform you that your order will be cancelled, and we ask for your understanding and approval.

If you register as a member when using our online shop, we will send you a registration completion email with a free shipping coupon that can be used for your purchases. Also, by simply logging in, you can enjoy smooth shopping without having to enter your name and address every time. Membership and annual fees are free.
