Usage Guide

How to Order

STEP 1 Select Product

Select the product from the product details page and confirm the quantity. Then click the "Add to Cart" button.

STEP 2 Member Login

On the shopping cart screen, select your desired purchase method.

【For existing members】
Log in with the email address and password you registered.

【For those who wish to register as a member】
Click the "Register as a new member" button to register and log in as a new member.

【Purchase without member registration】
Click the "Purchase without member registration" button, set the paid gift option and desired delivery date/time, then proceed to checkout. (Go to STEP 7)

STEP 3 Set Gift Option

If you wish to add a paid gift option, select "Request," enter the message card type and message content on the displayed screen, and then click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the scroll.

STEP 4 Set Desired Delivery Date and Time

Select your desired delivery date and time.
Click on the desired delivery date from the calendar that appears, and from the delivery time dropdown, select "Morning," "14:00-16:00," "16:00-18:00," "18:00-20:00," or "19:00-21:00."
If you wish for the fastest shipping, set the desired delivery date to "Not specified."

STEP 5 Use Points

If you have points, enter the desired number of points and click the "Use Points" button. To revise the number of points, click the "Reset" button and re-enter.
Confirm the total amount and proceed to the checkout screen by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
*Member login is required to use points.
*Cannot be combined with coupons.

STEP 6 Enter Coupon Code

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the coupon code input field at the top right of the checkout screen and click the "Apply" button to apply the coupon.
*Clicking the "x" next to the coupon code after applying will reset it.
*Cannot be combined with points.
*Please note that coupons cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

STEP 7 Shipping Information, Payment Method Entry Screen

Enter your contact email address, shipping address, and payment method (credit card payment, cash on delivery). If the orderer and recipient are different (e.g., for gifts), click the "Use a different billing address" button for the billing address and enter the orderer's information. After confirming all details, click the "Complete Order" button to finalize your order.

STEP8 Order Confirmation Email

After completing your order, we will send an automatic reply email. Please check your order details.
If you do not receive this email, please check your email settings (e.g., spam filter settings or mailbox capacity) and then contact us via the inquiry form.

STEP9 Change Shipping Address / Order Cancellation

You can change the shipping address or cancel your order within 30 minutes of completing it, via the thank you page or order status page displayed after placing your order. Please note that changes and cancellations cannot be made after 30 minutes.
For changes or cancellations of shipping addresses after 30 minutes, please contact us via the inquiry form, as we will handle it.

Delivery Time

For standard product orders

The earliest delivery date will be the day after shipment (or one extra day for some remote islands and distant areas).

For orders including Favorite Plus products

Favorite Plus are products that allow you to customize the color pattern of Dinosaur Vinyl Model Premium Editions to create your own original color model.

Notes

  • Delivery on the specified date may not be possible in Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, or distant areas.
  • Product delivery may be affected by traffic conditions and weather, so delivery may not be possible on the desired date and time. We kindly ask for your understanding.
  • If your purchase includes a Favorite Plus product, please note that it will be shipped simultaneously with the Favorite Plus product.
  • We do not accept orders with multiple shipping addresses.
  • We do not support international shipping. (Delivery is only within Japan.)

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by credit card or cash on delivery.

1. Credit Card

Four types of credit cards (JCB, VISA, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.

2. Cash on Delivery

Delivery will be handled by Yamato Collect Service. Please pay in cash upon product delivery. There are no cash on delivery fees.

3. Contactless Payment

Apple Pay and Google Pay are available.

4. QR Code Payment

PayPay and Merpay are available.

Notes

  • The maximum amount for cash on delivery per single payment is 300,000 yen.
  • Please note that cash on delivery service is not available in some areas (e.g., remote islands).

Shipping Fees

For each order, if the total amount of purchased items is less than 5,500 yen (tax included), a shipping fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged. If the total amount of purchased items is 5,500 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free (borne by us). Please note that if the total amount of purchased items after using points and coupons falls below 5,500 yen (tax included), shipping fees will apply.
There is no cash on delivery fee if you select cash on delivery as your payment method.

Gift Option ¥220 (tax included)

For gifts to loved ones or presents for children.
This gift wrapping comes with a faintly glowing Tyrannosaurus charm and a message card.

Original Charm

Includes a Tyrannosaurus charm that can be detached and used as a keychain.
It is made of glow-in-the-dark material that absorbs light and glows in the dark.

Message Card

Send your thoughts along. Your message, entered at the time of order, will be printed on an original card and delivered with your product.
We've also prepared envelopes with chic illustrations of creatures to add a special touch to your gift.

Dinosaur: A message card featuring popular dinosaurs from soft models, designed for dinosaur lovers.
Creatures: A message card that allows you to compare the sizes of the creatures that inspired Favorite products.
Birthday: A message card with cute dinosaurs, perfect for birthday presents.

Gift Wrapping

Your gift wrapping will be sent with a charm and an envelope.
The size of the wrapping will be optimized according to the size of the items.

How to order gift options

Gift options can be ordered from the shopping cart screen.
In the gift option section of the cart screen, select whether you want wrapping using the radio buttons. On the screen that appears after clicking "Request," select your desired message card type, enter your message content and recipient in the respective lines of the message input field, and then click the "Confirm" button.

Notes

  • One message card, envelope, and charm are included.
  • As a general rule, items ordered will be wrapped together in one package.
  • Depending on the quantity, size, or type of products, multiple wrappings may be used. If multiple wrappings are used, additional message cards, envelopes, and charms will not be included.
  • The type of wrapping will be designated by us and cannot be chosen.
  • The type and specifications of the wrapping may differ slightly from the image.
  • Images may appear slightly different in color due to the shooting environment and the performance and settings of the monitor you are viewing on.
  • The content of the message card cannot be changed after the order is completed. Please reconfirm any typos or omissions before completing your order.
  • The message card allows up to 25 characters per line. Also, please do not use environment-dependent characters such as Roman numerals, circled numbers, half-width katakana (half-width characters), or emojis, as these may cause garbled text or errors.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

【In case of damage, defects, etc.】
We take every precaution in handling our products, but in the unlikely event of "damage, defects, or missing parts," we will exchange for a new product or send the missing parts. After contacting our support center, please return the product to us "cash on delivery". After confirming the defect, we will ship a new product. The validity period for damage exchange is within 7 business days after product arrival. Damage exchanges will not be accepted after this period.

【For customer convenience】
Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 business days after product arrival. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please contact our support center before returning the product.

【Order Cancellation】
Cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes of placing an order.
After 30 minutes, preparations for shipping will begin, so if you wish to cancel after this time, please contact our support center.

Figure Sculpting and Coloring

About PVC (ATBC-PVC) Figures

Our PVC (ATBC-PVC) figures, due to the nature of the material, may undergo slight deformation in shape due to temperature changes. Therefore, please refrain from using them in places where heat can accumulate and reach high temperatures, such as inside cars or in sealed rooms exposed to direct sunlight.

About Polyresin Figures

The polyresin figures we sell do not have flexibility in their material, so please handle them with extreme care as they may break if dropped or subjected to strong impact. Additionally, polyresin figures are produced by pouring material into a mold, and fine details are later processed by hand. Therefore, there may be small processing marks and slight differences in shape depending on the production lot and individual product.
As for coloring, each figure is produced by hand-painting, so there may be slight differences in coloring areas and shades. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the above. However, clear chips or molding defects are considered defective products by us. If you believe there is a defect, please contact us.

Product Inventory

Due to system specifications, out-of-stock situations may occur after an order is completed. In such cases, we regret to inform you that your order will be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

About our membership program

About Points

Our point service is exclusively for members registered with Favorite Store, and points can be used as 1 point = 1 yen when shopping online. Points are awarded at a standard rate of 2% of the total order amount (excluding shipping and handling fees). There is also content where you can earn points by posting or participating.
Your accumulated points can be used on the cart screen when processing your order.

  • New members receive 500 points that can be used from their first purchase.
  • Member registration is required to use points.
  • Cannot be combined with coupons.
  • Points are valid for one year from the date they are added. If no points are added or used for one year, all points held by the member will automatically expire and cannot be used.
  • The number of points held can be checked from My Page.
  • To use points, enter the number of points you wish to use in the designated input field when purchasing a product. 1 point is equivalent to 1 yen and can be used to pay for the total product amount.
  • Shipping and other fees cannot be paid with points.
  • If the purchase amount falls below the free shipping threshold (5,500 yen including tax) due to the use of points, shipping fees will apply.
  • If you forget to enter points during the order, you cannot use them later.
  • Points cannot be used for orders that have already been processed.
  • If fraudulent activity is detected when using points, the relevant order will be canceled.
  • If the amount of the product purchased exceeds the number of points used, the difference must be paid according to the specified payment method.
  • If an order is canceled, the portion discounted by points cannot be refunded.
  • Points can only be used at Favorite Store.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Point content may be changed without prior notice.

About Coupons

Types of Coupons

The coupon service is a service sent only to members registered with the Favorite Store, and the coupons issued by us include the following types. All coupons will be sent to the email address entered during member registration.

  • Summer Coupon: Issued in July
  • Christmas Coupon: Issued in November
  • Anniversary Coupon: Issued at the beginning of the anniversary month only to those who have registered their anniversary

How to Use

Enter the coupon code stated in the coupon email on the checkout screen, or click the coupon image in the email, and the coupon content will be applied on the checkout screen.

  • A coupon is a discount code issued during new member registration with the Favorite Store, anniversary registration, campaigns, etc. It is provided exclusively to members.
  • To use a coupon, enter the valid code into the designated input field when purchasing a product, and the specified amount, determined by each coupon, will automatically be discounted from the total amount.
  • Coupons have a set expiration date, and expired coupons cannot be used.
  • The content of the anniversary registration for sending anniversary coupons cannot be changed later.
  • A coupon can only be used for one order, and the right to use it expires after use.
  • Points and multiple coupons cannot be used simultaneously.
  • If you forget to enter a coupon during the order, you cannot enter it later.
  • Coupons cannot be used for payments on orders that have already been processed.
  • If a coupon is lost, no refunds or reissues will be made.
  • If an order is canceled, the coupon used for that order will be considered used and cannot be reused.
  • If the amount of the product purchased when using a coupon exceeds the amount of your coupon code, the difference will be paid according to the specified payment method.
  • If an order is canceled, the amount discounted by the coupon cannot be refunded. Also, if the amount of the product purchased when using a coupon is less than the amount of your coupon, there will be no refund for the difference.
  • Coupons are applied to the product purchase amount, and shipping fees are not eligible for discount.
  • If fraudulent activity is detected when using a coupon, the order may be canceled.
  • Coupon content may be changed without prior notice.

About Pre-orders

Products marked "This item is a pre-order" on the product page can be pre-ordered.
Delivery dates may change or arrivals may be canceled due to circumstances or situations.

  • Member registration is required to purchase pre-order products.
  • Pre-order products come with special benefits.
  • Benefits will be given for the number of pre-order products purchased.
  • Please note that you cannot choose the type of benefit.
  • For orders including pre-order products, credit card payments will be processed at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery dates and times cannot be specified for orders including pre-order products.
  • Orders including pre-order products will be shipped once all products are ready for delivery.
  • Pre-order products may be delayed in shipping due to production reasons. We will notify you by "Product Shipping Notification" email when the product has been shipped.
  • Benefits may be changed or canceled due to circumstances. Please be aware of this in advance.
