You can now change your shipping address or cancel your order yourself within 30 minutes of completing your order.

Please note that for changes to shipping address or order cancellations after 30 minutes from the order but before shipment, we will handle the request for you. Please contact us through the inquiry form.

How to make changes

1. Open the order status page
Open the order status page from the thank you page displayed upon order completion or from the link in the order confirmation email.

2. For changing the shipping address
Click "Edit order" > "Edit shipping address." An input form will appear, so change your shipping information and click the save button.

3. For canceling an order
Click "Edit order" > "Cancel order." A popup will appear, so click the cancel button.

4. Confirmation of shipping address change or cancellation
After the shipping address change or cancellation process is complete, we will send you an email. Please check the notification details.
