"Always Together" Cute Dinosaur Stuffed Mascot

One of the largest herbivorous dinosaurs for which an almost complete skeleton exists. It has distinctive features that set it apart from other sauropods, such as forelimbs longer than its hindlimbs, a body that sloped upwards from the hips to the shoulders, and a short tail. While it was once thought to have lived in water, it is now believed to have been terrestrial because it lacked a diaphragm, and thus its lungs would have collapsed under water pressure, making breathing impossible.

- The dinosaurs that have been developed in Favorite's "Stuffed Model" plush toy series are now available as "Dinosaur Stuffed Model Mini Mascots" in a mascot size of about 15 cm. First, please tell us your impression of the series as a whole.
- From the beginning, I had hoped that if we were going to take on the challenge of making dinosaur plush toys, there should also be mascot sizes that could be attached to bags and enjoyed more intimately. I am very happy that this wish has come true.
- With the mini mascots, we tried to miniaturize the dinosaurs while preserving as much as possible the characteristics that were cherished in the regular-sized products. I imagine there are some aspects where the impression changes due to the smaller size. Compared to the regular-sized products, what differences do you notice?
- As the size decreases, the design constraints become greater than for regular-sized products. Therefore, it was necessary to create designs that emphasized each dinosaur's characteristics, and we re-examined the fabric and pile length to achieve that expression. I think we were able to create cute designs that, while distinct from the regular-sized products, still captured the features of each dinosaur.
- Finally, please give a message to those who will pick up these mini mascots.
- Many participants in my dinosaur workshops and lectures, as well as visitors to museums and dinosaur exhibitions, attach dinosaur goods to their bags and backpacks. I would be very happy if these mini mascots could become one of those items that people wear when attending such dinosaur events.
