Made to order based on your specifications
After you place your order, we will begin painting your custom figure based on your specifications.
About product painting
The painting is done by hand. Due to the production process, there may be slight deviations in the painted areas, differences in color, and unevenness in color. Please understand this in advance.
Cancellations are not accepted
As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or changes to your order due to reasons such as a difference in image, except for product defects or incorrect delivery. Please review the description and precautions, and place your order only after you have fully understood and agreed to the contents.
About the simulator
The color image simulator allows you to recreate color combinations on your monitor. The customized images are design drawings, and due to monitor performance, settings, etc., the colors displayed on the screen may differ slightly from the actual product. Please use it only for image confirmation.
About gift wrapping
If you select gift wrapping in your shopping cart, the figure will be wrapped and placed in a gift bag. If you order a Favorite Plus product and a regular product together and select gift wrapping, the Favorite Plus product and the regular product cannot be gift wrapped together. Please note that they will be wrapped separately.
About message cards
If you select a message card in your shopping cart, it will be placed in an envelope with a postcard.
About delivery
Delivery dates differ
As this is a made-to-order product, the delivery date will differ from that of regular products. If you order a Favorite Plus product and a regular product together, they will be shipped together once the Favorite Plus product is ready. If you are in a hurry, please order Favorite Plus products and regular products separately.
