Terms of Use for Points and Coupons
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the rules that you must comply with when using the Point and Coupon Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") through the "Favorite Membership Program" on the website "Favorite Store: domain “https://f-favorite.net/”” (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") operated by Favorite Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Before using this Service, please read the entire text of these Terms, and by using this Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms, as well as the separate Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Scope of Application and Changes to these Terms)
- These Terms shall apply to the Company and members as defined in Article 5 of the Terms of Use regarding the provision and use of this Service.
- The Company may, without prior consent from members, change all or part of these Terms in accordance with applicable laws and regulations if there is a need to change these Terms due to revisions of laws, changes in social conditions, or other circumstances.
- When changing these Terms, the Company will notify members of the effective date and content of the revised Terms by posting them on the Company's website or by other appropriate methods.
- If a member uses this Service after the effective date of the revised Terms, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
- If all or part of these Terms are changed, only the revised Terms shall apply to members and the Company regarding the use of this Service, and members and the Company shall comply only with the revised Terms.
Article 2 (Use of this Service)
- Members shall use this Service in accordance with these Terms, the Terms of Use, Usage Guide, Privacy Policy, and other regulations separately established by the Company.
- If a member is a minor, they shall use this Service with the consent of their legal representative.
Article 3 (Contents of this Service)
Members can perform the following actions within this Service:
- Use points granted by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Points") as part of the product purchase price, in accordance with the method specified by the Company.
- Use coupon codes issued by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Coupons") as part of the product purchase price, in accordance with the method specified by the Company.
- Purchase products eligible for point rewards designated by the Company, in accordance with the method specified by the Company.
- Use content where points are awarded based on participation results.
- Purchase reserved products.
- Use other services provided by the Company to members through this Site.
Chapter 2 About Points
Article 4 (Granting of Points)
- When a member logs in to this Site and purchases a product, a specified number of points will be granted by the Company.
The timing of point grants is as follows:
(a) For credit card payments: Points are granted on the product shipping date.
(b) For cash-on-delivery payments: Points are granted within 4 days after completion of payment upon product arrival.
The amount eligible for point grants is the billing amount (including tax), excluding shipping and handling fees after using points and coupons. - The Company shall determine the granting of points, the number of points, the timing of granting, and other conditions for granting, and shall inform members on this Site. The Company reserves the right to determine all conditions regarding points, and members shall comply with the Company's decisions.
- The Company will grant points to members when they participate in content provided by the Company on this Site in the manner specified by the Company.
- If the Company confirms that an order has been canceled between the order date and the product shipping date, no points will be granted, and the eligible amount will be calculated based on the price of the reordered item.
Article 5 (Point Management)
The Company will inform members of the number of points they hold through a method specified by the Company.
If a member has any doubt about the number of points in the preceding paragraph, they shall immediately contact the Company and explain the details. The Company shall make the final decision regarding the number of points in the first paragraph, and the member shall comply with this decision.
Article 6 (Use of Points)
Only members holding 1 point or more may use points.
Members can use their held points on this Site, with 1 point equivalent to 1 yen, to pay for the total price (including tax) of products sold on this Site, excluding shipping and handling fees.
If a member cancels an order, the points used for that payment will, in principle, be returned as points, and no cash refund will be provided.
Points cannot be used simultaneously with coupons issued under Article 10, Paragraph 1.
Article 7 (Prohibition of Point Consolidation and Multiple Registrations)
Members may not transfer or share their points with other members. If a single member has multiple membership registrations, the member may not consolidate the points held in each membership account.
Article 8 (Cancellation of Points)
If, after points have been granted by the Company, there is a return or cancellation of purchased products or any other reason that the Company deems appropriate to cancel the grant of points, the Company may cancel the granted points.
If the Company determines that a member falls under any of the following items, the Company may cancel all or part of the points held by the member without prior notice to the member.
・In the event of illegal or fraudulent acts
・In the event of a violation of these Terms, the Terms of Use, or other rules and regulations established by the Company
・In any other case where the Company deems it appropriate to cancel the points granted to the member
The Company shall not provide any compensation for canceled points and shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
Article 9 (Point Expiration Date)
The expiration date of points is one year from the date the Company issued them.
If no points are granted or used for one year from the issue date, all points held by the member will automatically expire, and expired points cannot be used.
The Company shall not provide any compensation for expired points and shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
Chapter 3 About Coupons
Article 10 (Issuance of Coupons)
The Company may issue coupons with specified usage limits, expiration dates, order amounts, and products, and members may use them.
Coupons will be distributed through this Service, and cannot be used simultaneously with points or multiple coupons at once.
Coupons that have exceeded their expiration date will automatically expire and cannot be used.
Article 11 (Use of Coupons)
If the Company determines that a member falls under any of the following items, the Company may cancel all or part of the coupons held by the member or restrict the use of coupons without prior notice to the member. If the use of a coupon is canceled at the Company's discretion, the coupon will not be returned for any reason.
・If the member cancels or returns products that meet the coupon's usage conditions, and it is found that the usage conditions are not met.
・In the event of illegal or fraudulent acts
・In the event of a violation of these Terms, the Terms of Use, or other rules and regulations established by the Company
・In any other case where the Company deems it appropriate to cancel the coupon granted to the member
The Company shall not provide any compensation for canceled coupons and shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
Chapter 4 Service Usage and Management
Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)
If, for a product purchased by a member using points or coupons for payment under Article 3, an accident such as delay, loss, theft, damage, or breakage occurs during delivery or after provision, the Company shall not be liable in any way, nor shall it refund points or reissue coupons, unless such accident is attributable to the Company.
Article 13 (Cancellation of Points/Coupons after Use)
If, after a member has used points or coupons for payment under Article 3, those points or coupons are canceled under Article 8, Paragraph 1 or 2, and Article 11, Paragraph 2, the member shall immediately pay the Company the deficient amount in cash or by a payment method designated by the Company.
Article 14 (No Cash Conversion)
Members may not convert points or coupons into cash under any circumstances.
Article 15 (Use by Third Parties)
Points and coupons shall be used by the member themselves and cannot be used by any third party.
The Company shall deem that the member has used points or coupons if the Company confirms, by a prescribed method, that the email address and password entered at the time of point or coupon use match the registered ones. Even if it was an unauthorized use by a third party, the Company will not return the used points or coupons and will not be responsible for any damage incurred by the member.
Article 16 (Ancillary Costs)
If ancillary costs such as shipping fees are incurred with the use of points or coupons, the member shall bear these costs.
Article 17 (Loss or Suspension of Membership)
If a member loses their membership status, they shall lose all rights regarding the use of held points, coupons, and other services, and shall not acquire any claim against the Company due to the loss of status.
Article 18 (Disclaimer)
The Company will make its best efforts to operate this Service based on the technological standards at that time, but does not guarantee that no malfunctions will occur, whether express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any system interruptions, delays, suspensions, data loss due to power outages, communication line or computer failures, malfunctions or damages related to point usage, or any other damages incurred by members in connection with this Service.
Addendum: These Terms shall be revised and enforced from October 2, 2025.
