■Highlights
Dinosaurs flourished all over the world in ancient times.
Artists who love these extinct dinosaurs and skillfully recreate them gather in Kurashiki.
NOBUO uses welding techniques to recreate dinosaur skeletons in iron. While his iron skeletons change color depending on the viewing angle, dinosaur modeler Kazunari Araki creates realistic, fleshy restoration models that look as if they could move at any moment. As these three-dimensional dinosaurs tower over the venue, the walls are adorned with pop illustrations by dinosaur illustrator Keta. In addition, original drawings from Hisakuni Hiko's "Dinosaur Encyclopedia," who is also known as a dinosaur researcher and has written numerous picture books, will be on display.
Enjoy the world of dinosaurs, full of dynamism and power, as if they have been brought back to life in the present day.
