Japanese Dinosaurs, the Japanese Way Vol. 1

This is a model set of unpainted figures of Japanese dinosaurs unearthed in Fukui Prefecture - Fukuisaurus, Fukuiraptor, Fukuititan, Koshiosaurus, and Fukuititan - that you can paint yourself.
You are free to come up with your own patterns and color schemes. Paint them based on what you feel when you look at these models.

The first keyword that came to mind when thinking about the familiar dinosaurs unearthed in Fukui Prefecture was "Japan." So, I affectionately expressed these Japanese dinosaurs using traditional Japanese patterns.

〈Japanese Patterns〉
Japanese patterns generally refer to "designs" or "motifs." When these are formalized into a pattern and arranged in a disciplined manner, they are called Japanese patterns. Some of these designs are still used today exactly as they were back then, making them familiar designs.

〈Fukuititan〉
The first one I painted was Fukuititan.
I applied a arabesque pattern to the kimono worn by Fukuititan, expressing it in a Japanese style.
Thus, the Fukuititan that looks like a sumo wrestler was born.
