Here are some simple tips for actual painting.

STEP 1. Start by painting the lighter areas. This is usually the belly side.

STEP 2. Apply the darker base color.

STEP 3. Next, paint the patterns.

STEP 4. Don't forget the eyes and claws.

STEP 5. Done!

That said, color ideas are limitless! The most important thing is to just start painting boldly.

★ Instead of applying a thick layer of paint all at once, layering thin coats will result in a cleaner finish.

★ When layering colors, wait for the surface of the previous coat to dry before applying the next to prevent colors from mixing and achieve a beautiful finish.

★ This is hobby acrylic paint. Please be aware that it can be difficult to remove once dry. If it gets on your hands, wipe it off immediately.

★ Paint may get on various surfaces during painting. We recommend laying down newspaper and wearing clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

★ We recommend using a paper palette or food trays as palettes for mixing colors.
