◆Prize and number of winners
One winner will receive a Spinosaurus vinyl model painted with your Halloween-themed design.
From the submitted artworks, Favorite staff will select one entry that leaves the most impression and paint it onto an actual vinyl model as a prize.
*Parts not visible in the coloring page will be supplemented by our company.
*We will reproduce the coloring page as much as possible, but please understand that there may be parts that cannot be reproduced.

◆Application rules
[Regarding submissions]
・An Instagram or Twitter account is required to post.
・Please post from your own or your family's Instagram or Twitter account.
・Submissions are limited to your own or your family's colored artwork and comments.
・Each artwork can only be submitted once.
・Professionals, amateurs, and age are all welcome.
・Limited to residents of Japan.
・Internet connection fees and communication charges are the responsibility of the customer.

[Regarding artworks]
・Submitted images, comments, and SNS account names will be published on the website and SNS when the results are announced. Please note that if faces or other identifiable features are included in the images, they will be published as is.
・Please use a digital camera or smartphone with sufficient pixel count to take the photos for submission.
・Submitted images may be shared on Favorite's official Instagram and Twitter.
・Submitted images, comments, and SNS account names may be published on the official website, other content pages, and various media for promotional purposes.
・Submitted images must be works for which all rights, such as copyrights, belong to the applicant, and for which the approval of the rights holder has been obtained for works that include the rights of others, such as portrait rights of the subject.
・Works that infringe or may infringe on the copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights of third parties will not be eligible for review.
・We will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by applicants or third parties due to the use of submitted works.
・In the event that a submitter uses a third party's work without permission and a dispute arises, the parties involved shall resolve it themselves, and our company will not be held responsible.
・If our company determines that the work does not align with the theme "Halloween", it will not be eligible for review.

【Regarding Prizes】
・Please note that there may be some delays in prize delivery due to our company's circumstances.
・Please note that prizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
・Winners will be contacted via DM (direct message). At that time, you will need to provide information such as your shipping address for prize delivery. If you do not reply within 3 days of the contact date, your award will be invalidated.
・If a prize cannot be delivered due to an unknown address, long-term absence, etc., the award will be invalidated.

【Notes on judging】
・Winners will be selected after a review of all applications.
・Please note that submissions from private accounts are not eligible for review.
・Submissions will not be eligible for review if the specified hashtags are not found in the post.
・For Instagram submissions, if the Favorite official account is not followed and the application announcement post is not liked when the selection is made or when a DM (direct message) is received from the official account, the submission will not be eligible for review.
・For Twitter submissions, if the Favorite official account is not followed and the application announcement post is not retweeted when the selection is made or when a DM (direct message) is received from the official account, the submission will not be eligible for review.
・If there are any deficiencies in the address or other required information provided by the winner, or if any fraud is detected, the award will be invalidated.
・Submissions using fraudulent accounts (fake accounts, impersonating others' accounts, etc.) will not be eligible for review.
・Submissions that use inappropriate language or expressions in their profile, account name, or posts will not be eligible for review.
・Furthermore, if any fraudulent activity is found regarding the submission or if our company deems it inappropriate, the submission will not be eligible for review.
