Painting a T-Rex inspired by your city and conquering all 47 prefectures!
The 15th prefecture is Kochi.
We painted a T-Rex with a "bonito" motif, which is loved by the people of Kochi Prefecture and is also familiar to us, to represent Kochi Prefecture.
Kochi Prefecture has by far the highest annual consumption of bonito in Japan!
It is used in various dishes such as canned goods and dried bonito flakes, but among them, the representative "tataki" is something I would love to try in its authentic form.
The opposite side has a striking finish.
