Postcard & dedicated envelope

After receiving your order, we will begin painting your figure based on the customizations you provided.
About product painting
Painting is done by hand. Due to the production process, there may be slight deviations in painted areas, color differences, and uneven coloring. Please be aware of this in advance.
Cancellations are not accepted
As this is a made-to-order product, cancellations, returns, or changes to the order due to differences in image (excluding product defects or incorrect delivery) cannot be accepted. Please review the description and precautions, and place your order only after fully understanding and agreeing to the contents.
Delivery date cannot be specified
Since this is a build-to-order product, we cannot accept specific delivery dates. If you order a Favorite Plus product together with a regular product, they will be shipped together once the Favorite Plus product is ready. If you are in a hurry, please order Favorite Plus products and regular products separately.
Ships in 7-14 business days
Products are usually shipped within 7-10 business days, but during busy periods, it may take up to 14 business days for shipping. Also, shipping may be delayed due to production reasons. We will notify you by email once your product has been shipped.
About business days
Business days do not include "Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and regular closing days." Please be aware that orders placed during long holidays such as New Year's, summer vacation, and Golden Week may experience delays.
About the simulator
The color image simulator allows you to reproduce color combination images on your monitor. Customized images are design drawings, and the actual product may have slightly different colors from what is displayed on the screen due to monitor performance, settings, etc. Please use it only for image confirmation.
About gift wrapping
If you select gift wrapping in the shopping cart, the figure will be wrapped and placed in a gift bag. If you order a Favorite Plus product and a regular product together and select gift wrapping, the Favorite Plus product and regular product cannot be gift-wrapped together. Please note that they will be wrapped separately.
About message cards
If you select a message card in the shopping cart, it will be placed in an envelope with a postcard.
