■ Highlights
In the spring of 2024, with the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen (Fukui-Tsuruga line),
They're coming to Tokyo's Odaiba on the Shinkansen!!!
This exhibition is fully supported by the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum, which is attracting attention with the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen (Fukui-Tsuruga line). It will feature popular dinosaur fossils and specimens from the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum, as well as specimens excavated in Fukui, and will introduce the latest research findings by the museum's researchers. A total of 70 specimens (planned) will be on display. In addition, a life-sized Spinosaurus robot, approximately 15 meters long, developed specifically for this exhibition, recreates realistic movements. There will also be an area where visitors can experience excavating dinosaur fossils by hammering real rocks. The exhibition area will span across the viewing areas of the Fuji TV headquarters building, with dinosaurs displayed in various locations. Furthermore, there will also be exhibits related to the Hokuriku Shinkansen.
