Nakahiro
I painted it so that it would look realistic when photographed in a field, as if dinosaurs still existed in modern times! If they had survived, maybe they would have miniaturized?
Staff Comment
Although it appears to be a simple color scheme at first glance, the layering of colors adds depth, creating a very realistic atmosphere. Combined with the distinct colors and patterns, this work breathes life into the imposing Giganotosaurus.
Excellence Award
Unreleased Dinosaur Paint Model 5-piece Set (Therizinosaurus, Dilophosaurus, Carnotaurus, Archaeopteryx, Parasaurolophus) + Original Sticker

Sakuri
With the theme "If you peek into a T-Rex, a world of the Cretaceous period unfolds," I painstakingly painted it! It has become a one-of-a-kind dinosaur figure filled with memories.
Staff Comment
This artistic piece makes it seem as if the Tyrannosaurus is camouflaged into a Cretaceous landscape! The painting extends meticulously from the sky to the ground, and we commend the inverted concept of a dinosaur world unfolding within a dinosaur.

Apologies for submitting so close to the deadline!! I tried painting this item that I bought at the Osaka Museum of Natural History. All the colors and designs are from my imagination, and I tried to make it colorful without being too flashy. I'm a beginner with little experience in figure painting, so please be kind.
Staff Comment
While the bodies and wings of each pterosaur are simply rendered, the head, including the crest, serves as an excellent accent. This work literally embodies the concept of colorfulness without being overly flashy.
U12 Award
Unreleased Dinosaur Paint Model 3-piece Set (Spinosaurus Swimming ver., Velociraptor, Tarbosaurus) + Original Sticker

Mu-chan
My 4th-grade daughter, who loves dinosaurs and moths, painted this.
She envisioned the Spinosaurus's back sail and tail as moth wings.
It's a Spinosaurus mimicking a moth because it wants to become one.
Staff Comment
The ingenuity in combining beloved elements to recreate the distinct features of the Spinosaurus's sail and the moth's wings is truly impressive. The subtle pattern on the wings is striking, and the way it's photographed tells a story.

Soma
I layered black over green to express the essence of a Tyrannosaurus. The eyes were very intricate and challenging.
Staff Comment
The black applied through layering creates a pattern-like effect, resulting in a deep, flavorful color scheme that contrasts well with the green.

Ryo
I made it with my dad.
I painted the back black to make it cool.
Staff Comment
This Tyrannosaurus, with its classic colors, has an accent color on its back that tightens the overall look, resulting in a work with great atmosphere.
Idea Award

This is a Mosasaurus being blown away by an attack.
Staff Comment
This piece is finished with a unique pattern that makes it truly impressive. The diorama wonderfully depicts a Mosasaurus being blown away. It sparks the imagination about what might have attacked it.

Ken
When my 4-year-old helped me with the finishing touches, it turned into a cute polka-dot dinosaur!
Staff Comment
This Stegosaurus is distinctive with its various-sized dots forming a pattern. Although the base color is dark, the colorful spots stand out, giving it an overall vibrant image.

Hinorika
I bought this as a souvenir when my family went to the Dinosaur Museum in Fukui Prefecture during the Obon holidays.
My children and relatives each made one, but in the end, the adults became more engrossed. Thank you for such an enjoyable time!
Staff Comment
This is a collaborative family work. The colors are well-integrated, and the overall piece appears to have a consistent theme. It's a common experience with paint models for adults to get hooked!
Thank you for your many entries.
