Giganotosaurus: The Ruler of Late Cretaceous South America
This is a relatively new dinosaur, with the first fossils discovered in 1993.
It is estimated to have been 12-14 meters long, making it a large carnivorous dinosaur comparable to or even exceeding the size of Tyrannosaurus. It had a large, sharp head with fine, sharp teeth like a saw, and three-toed forelimbs with claws.
