NEW ITEM: Let's play with the South American champion and the North American king!

It's massive! It's realistic! And made of soft material for rough play!
The Giganotosaurus has finally arrived, joining the most popular line of soft vinyl models.

\The Apex Predator of Late Cretaceous South America/

This large carnivorous dinosaur lived on the South American continent during the Late Cretaceous period. It is a relatively new dinosaur, with the first fossils discovered in 1993. Its skull alone measured 1.8m, which is larger than that of a Tyrannosaurus. However, its overall shape was slender, and its jaw power was not thought to be strong enough to crush bones. The discovery of multiple individual fossils together suggests that they hunted in packs, and large sauropods like Argentinosaurus may have been their prey.

Interview with Supervisor Kazuhiro Araki

--Giganotosaurus, the largest carnivorous dinosaur in South America, has joined the soft vinyl model lineup. What is your impression of the Giganotosaurus?
Giganotosaurus is a particularly popular dinosaur among young dinosaur fans, so I'm very happy that it's finally been added to the soft vinyl model lineup. It leaves the impression of a large carnivore that retains the characteristics of Jurassic carnivorous dinosaurs, such as sharp teeth, a large head, and three-fingered forelimbs.

--Now that Giganotosaurus has been sculpted in 3D, what story is embedded in the molding? Please tell us about your thoughts on the molding, the difficulties you faced, the highlights, and the selling points.
Giganotosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, and other South American carnivorous dinosaurs are characterized by their huge heads with rows of fine, sharp, saw-like teeth, so we sculpted this soft vinyl model to bring out that characteristic.

--The coloring of the Giganotosaurus soft vinyl model is generally a subdued green and orange. What image does the color of the finished product evoke for you?
We consider colors and patterns that don't clash with the series, but I think this color scheme is unique and unlike any other, giving it a distinctive look as if it lived in the South American jungle.

--Finally, please share your comments on the Giganotosaurus soft vinyl model.
The dream battle between Giganotosaurus, the largest carnivorous dinosaur in South America, and Tyrannosaurus, the largest in North America, can be as fierce as you like with our soft vinyl models, they can handle it! There's also a rumor that it will appear in the latest Jurassic World movie, so it might become even more popular. Please enjoy playing with it roughly!
